What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 product managers, including people managers, cultivating a culture of ownership and rigor.
- Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmaps for foundational loan systems and global money movement infrastructure.
- Act as the executive-level subject matter expert on loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, and settlement flows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Compliance to align on platform decisions and trade-offs.
- Architect platform strategies to simplify domain boundaries and unlock faster time-to-market for new geographies.
- Define and monitor platform health metrics, including settlement success rates and reconciliation coverage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years managing PM teams including people managers.
- Deep expertise in loans and lending systems, including loan servicing architecture and compliance requirements.
- Significant experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, or financial operations.
- Professional background in fintech, financial services, or banking.
- Strong technical fluency in data models and API design.
- Must be based in Canada.

- Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate workflow.
