Location: Toronto, Ontario

Compensation: $50,000 base + $15,000 bonus = $65,000 CAD OTE (uncapped bonus)

What you will do

  • Perform outbound prospecting to small businesses across the U.S., averaging 130 cold calls daily.
  • Book and confirm demos for Senior Account Executives, ramping up to 3 demos per day.
  • Generate strategic top-of-the-funnel leads via targeted cold-calling using provided lead lists.
  • Maintain and update activities, opportunities, and account information within the CRM.
  • Engage in 1:1 coaching, call reviews, and role-playing to refine sales performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
  • 1-12 months of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales/cold calling.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales and ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be coached and openness to receiving feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
