What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and models in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma integrating data from NetSuite, CRM, and product databases for revenue and operational KPIs.
• Provide FP&A-style analysis including variance, cohort, and trend identification to explain data insights and recommend business actions.
• Monitor data quality, understand system data models, and troubleshoot discrepancies across integrations.
• Design AI-integrated workflows to automate tasks like contract analysis and auto-drafting NetSuite entries.
• Use AI tools daily for hypothesis generation, exploratory queries, and summarizing findings for leadership.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Accounting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or FP&A building leadership reporting.
• Strong SQL for data transformation, proficiency in at least one BI tool, advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Active daily use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to solve business problems.
• Understanding of business systems architecture and data flows between ERPs, CRMs, and billing.
• Experience with integration platforms like Workato, Make, or Zapier, or APIs.
• Ability to present complex findings to non-technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS growth-stage environments, NetSuite, financial modeling, or Python/JavaScript.
