• Guide quarterly account planning, evaluate plans, and test feasibility.

• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and measure team performance via Salesforce.
• Coach team through sales calls and develop career plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 10-12+ years combined selling and sales leadership in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics
• Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex environments
• Strong business communication, presentation skills for global corporate setting
• Ownership mindset, problem-solving, curiosity, and continuous learning
• Willing to travel beyond city limits
