What you will do
- Guide and manage Enterprise Account Executives to ensure company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded.
- Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to share best practices.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, forecasts, and closing deals to ensure above-quota results.
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
- Analyze and develop business needs and revenue potential for Enterprise accounts in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of successfully selling solutions at the C-level.
- Expertise in teaching and training joint enterprise software sales methodologies, particularly MEDDICC.
- Comfort demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software solutions for Finance, Sales, and Workforce Management.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with EPM, BI, or ERP systems.
- Success selling into Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations.
- MBA degree.
