TL;DR

Market Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving sales and account growth for GolfNow software products with an accent on full-cycle sales and relationship building. Focus on prospecting, lead generation, and maximizing key performance metrics within the local golf economy.

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Wisconsin area or work from the HQ in Orlando, Florida. Hybrid setup: contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing customized golf course solutions.
  • Conduct outside sales calls to partners and prospects to drive product adoption.
  • Handle account management and implement marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue.
  • Analyze local golf economy metrics, including tee time utilization and market penetration.
  • Maintain detailed sales activity documentation in CRM and report revenues to the Regional Director.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer and internet technologies.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime or weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience with online distribution platforms and technology.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • College degree.
  • Digital sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics and goals.
