What you will do

  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies in collaboration with Business Development resources.
  • Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the assigned region.
  • Define and execute overall sales strategies in alignment with sales leadership.
  • Conduct successful sales campaigns, ensuring comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations with clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining strategic C-level relationships within the SaaS market.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or interest in the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or CRM tech space.
