What you will do
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies in collaboration with Business Development resources.
- Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the assigned region.
- Define and execute overall sales strategies in alignment with sales leadership.
- Conduct successful sales campaigns, ensuring comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations with clients and internal leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Experience building and maintaining strategic C-level relationships within the SaaS market.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales and a customer-centric approach.

- Knowledge or interest in the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or CRM tech space.
