TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving pipeline creation and qualified sales opportunities across the ANZ region with an accent on proactive outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on building strong outbound cadences, maximizing conversion of inbound leads, and coordinating with Account Executives and channel stakeholders.

Location: Remote (Must have legal authorization to work in Australia without sponsorship)

What you will do

  • Execute proactive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to drive pipeline growth.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and qualified leads.
  • Manage leads efficiently through the CRM system following APAC lead management processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and channel stakeholders to maximize conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to execute strategic campaigns and call-downs.
  • Provide regular performance reporting to the APJ Sales Development Leader.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
  • Legal authorization to work in Australia without employer sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound, telephone-based lead generation.
  • Experience with technical products within the hi-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT channel and channel-based company operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Groove, Cognism, or Lusha.
  • Relevant degree or similar qualification.
