Salary: $165,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and build product and platform features to scale hotel launches worldwide.
• Build backend services and new APIs for hotel tools and onboarding workflows.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code for platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize work and scope projects.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational excellence via monitoring and runbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
• Experience building backend systems in a service-oriented or distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Must live in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
