What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Lead key initiatives to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to specific domains such as real-time pricing hirify.globals or identity management (Auth0).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining highly available distributed systems.
• Proven track record of building consumer-grade public APIs, including versioning and rate limiting.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Kotlin, or similar modern backend languages.
• Strong grasp of AWS, software design principles, and system architecture.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Must be based in the USA.
