Salary: $212,000 - $265,000

is a Series D healthtech company building a new mental healthcare system to make therapy accessible by automating insurance and practice management.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end patient lifecycle, including welcome, onboarding, appointment booking, and session retention.
- Select and operate the lifecycle stack (Iterable, Knock, Freshpaint) within a HIPAA-compliant architecture.
- Design and execute a rigorous A/B testing program with incremental holdout measurement.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to implement event instrumentation and ML-informed personalization.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for content generation, segmentation, and optimization.
- Hire and develop a lifecycle team of 2–3 specialists in H2 2026.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing with hands-on experience in Iterable or Braze.
- Experience building triggered journeys and managing notification layers.
- Strong proficiency in A/B testing, statistical significance, and hypothesis testing.
- Technical ability to work with webhooks, review data schemas, and collaborate with Engineering.
- Active use of AI tools for content, segmentation, or workflow automation.
- Experience in consumer health or subscription-based services where the emotional user journey is critical.
