Salary: $225,600 - $282,000 base

A Series D healthtech company building a new mental healthcare system by automating insurance and administrative workflows for providers.
What you will do
- Reimagine the provider narrative to accelerate adoption of ’s full feature stack and maximize relationship potential.
- Partner with Growth and Sales teams to develop enablement tools and optimize channel acquisition messaging using AI.
- Lead end-to-end provider GTM strategy and execute best-in-class campaigns across the Provider organization.
- Evolve community programs into a competitive moat to foster loyalty, product adoption, and referrals.
- Build and lead a marketing team blending creative storytelling with analytical rigor and structured A/B testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role owning end-to-end GTM strategy.
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel programs in a marketplace, SaaS, or platform business.
- Strong ability to distill complex product value into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Growth teams to own enablement materials.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in structured experiments and A/B testing.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

- Experience building or scaling community programs as a growth and retention lever.
- Track record of leveraging AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and testing velocity.
