Salary: $165,750 – $185,250

What you will do
- Own B2B positioning and messaging for multiple priority audiences.
- Develop and evolve the GTM toolkit, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and case studies.
- Collaborate with Sales and B2B Marketing teams to align GTM strategy with field intelligence.
- Conduct primary user research to develop buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and asset creation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years in product marketing within marketplaces, employer benefits, healthcare, or B2B2C contexts.
- Proven ability to create messaging frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder buyers.
- Experience building B2B sales toolkits from a low baseline.
- Must be based in the United States (except Hawaii).
- Proven fluency in leveraging AI tools for productivity and research.
