What you will do

• Use AI tools, scripting, and CLI workflows to automate real financial processes.
• Support customers on 409A valuations, tax reporting, fund implementations, and portfolio data collection.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and develop repeatable, scalable systems.
• Provide feedback to engineering and product through testing, bug reporting, and process insights.
• Build expertise in private markets, AI tools, and hirify.global's ERP vision across rotating teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in AI and automation as tools to augment thinking.
• Bias for action, ownership, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of financial statements and common financial concepts.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy under pressure.
• Curious, competitive mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial concepts through coursework, internships, or personal interest.
• Experience with Python, scripting, or basic technical tooling.
• Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) thoughtfully.
