FP&A Lead (Fintech)

hirify.global is developing an AI-powered wealth management platform that integrates investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning into a single system.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Finance to deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-hirify.global strategic plans.
• Develop and evolve financial models and performance metrics for revenue growth, unit economics, and customer behavior.
• Execute monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align financial assumptions and stress-test plans.
• Streamline and automate FP&A workflows and reporting infrastructure to improve scalability.
• Support fundraising efforts, board material preparation, and due diligence initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or audit (Big 4 or similar).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to McLean, VA for a full-time in-office schedule (Monday-Friday).
• Advanced technical capabilities in Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong command of accounting fundamentals, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
• Ability to distill complex financial data into clear business insights and executive narratives.
• MBA, CPA, or similar professional credential preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools, data analytics, SQL, and FP&A platforms such as Adaptive, Vena, Pigment, or Datarails.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, cohorts, CAC, LTV).
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
