What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across the platform
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions
• Design AI-assisted experiences to help users create, decide, and act effectively
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional workflows
• Identify and drive fixes for UX issues to improve frontend quality
• Contribute to shared systems, patterns, and foundations
• Use customer insights and research to validate ideas and guide decisions

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking for complex, end-to-end experiences
• High-quality UX and interaction design to simplify complexity
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• AI-first design practice using tools like Claude, Cursor, v0 for ideas, code, prototyping
• Builder mindset to move quickly from concept to iteration
• Collaborative with product and engineering teams
• Research-driven using customer conversations and testing
