What you will do

• Own and execute the design of complex features and entire product areas.
• Create sophisticated user flows and interaction patterns for human and AI-driven interfaces.
• Lead research initiatives to uncover deep user insights.
• Identify and resolve systemic design challenges across product surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to build Team Intelligence.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.
• Strong ability to analyze complex user and business problems.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI, conversational, or data-rich product surfaces.
• Experience experimenting with GenAI tools to enhance creative output.
