What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to drive product direction.
• Rapidly generate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for various platforms.
• Create high-fidelity design comps, assets, and documentation.
• Conduct user testing and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency with the brand’s design system across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Participate in the development process by testing beta software and submitting bug reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in interaction/visual design, psychology, or human interaction sociology.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop others.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain composure in a collaborative environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
