Salary: $155,893.50 – $189,000

What you will do

• Lead the global payments and fraud prevention strategy, shaping the product roadmap and informing commercial decisions.
• Oversee payment and fraud costs, utilizing a data strategy to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Manage the administration of payment-related accounts across all providers, including access controls and configuration.
• Optimize core performance metrics, including authorization rates, conversion, fraud incidence, and chargeback recovery.
• Lead a 24/7 global fraud prevention team distributed across North America, Europe, and APAC.
• Identify and report payment risks and lead the response effort during major technical or operational incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Payments and/or Fraud Prevention in high-scale, high-demand environments.
• Deep knowledge of global online payments, vendor/scheme relationships, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong command of the end-to-end payment processing lifecycle and loss mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing and mentoring large, diverse, and globally distributed teams.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• BA/BS degree in a related field.

• Experience within the ticketing or digital goods industries.
• Marketplace or complex platform experience.
