What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of program managers and reporting analysts to deliver billing and payment initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align on roadmaps and priorities.
• Leverage data platforms like Databricks and AI tools to improve program transparency and decision-making.
• Manage relationships with third-party payment processors, gateways, and system integrators.
• Oversee chargeback and dispute resolution workflows to reduce revenue leakage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 8 years of experience in the billing and payments domain.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including people leadership.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise billing and ERP platforms like Zuora, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Working knowledge of PCI, NACHA, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with payment APIs and webhook-based integrations.
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to program workflows.
• Experience with payment fraud patterns and risk mitigation strategies.
