What you will do
- Build and evolve the VIP program structure, rewards, and player journeys from scratch.
- Maintain direct 1:1 relationships with high-value players via personalized outreach and tailored offers.
- Monitor churn signals and implement proactive intervention strategies to retain at-risk players.
- Analyze player behavior and engagement patterns to optimize promo performance and LTV.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
- Define internal tooling and workflows to support the scaling of the VIP program.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in VIP, loyalty, or high-value customer programs.
- Experience in gaming or betting industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of player behavior and retention tactics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
