What you will do

• Develop and execute the Predicts promotional strategy, including frameworks, mechanics, and seasonal approaches.
• Coordinate with Ops, Creative, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless promotional delivery.
• Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and cost reporting for all customer promotions.
• Analyze promotional results and facilitate post-mortems to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct competitor tracking and analysis to identify opportunities for market differentiation.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to improve promotional workflows and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, sports, or a highly-regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to translate results into recommendations.
• Solid understanding of promotions, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.
• Must be located in New York City to support a hybrid work model.
