What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end acquisition offer strategy to drive customer conversion and value across key segments.
  • Manage offer investment and commercial outcomes, setting targets for CPA, payback, and ROI.
  • Execute all acquisition offers consistently across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead the strategy, performance, and scaling of the Refer-a-Friend acquisition channel.
  • Develop and run a testing and optimization roadmap through structured experiments to scale or iterate offers.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team focused on commercial thinking and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, digital, or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition.
  • 2+ years of managerial or mentorship experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or an Analytical field.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including Amplitude, Adjust, Google Analytics, Chartio, and Optimizely.
  • Strong analytical rigor and a proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
