Location: Remote position open to candidates based in countries where IRC operates and who have the right to work in their location, preferably in time zones reasonably aligned with West and Central Africa. Up to 40% travel to project countries required.

What you will do

• Provide technical advisory to country teams on program design, adaptation, performance analysis, and quality improvement.
• Design and deliver training, mentoring, tools, and job aids to build capacity in CMAM protocols.
• Conduct support visits, quality assessments, and engage with Ministries of Health for system strengthening.
• Facilitate cross-country coordination, learning, and best practice sharing.
• Collaborate on cost-effectiveness monitoring, MEAL systems, coverage surveys, and data-driven adjustments.
• Document lessons learned, produce knowledge products, and influence IRC's regional nutrition strategy.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (oral and written) required; only fluent candidates considered.
• Right to work in location where based; must be in countries where IRC operates.
• Master’s in Public Health, Public Health Nutrition, or Global Nutrition.
• Minimum 5 years managing CMAM programs in humanitarian settings + 3 years global advising.
• Expertise in CMAM, M&E systems (CommCare), coverage surveys (SQUEAC), cost-effectiveness analyses.
• Strong communication, remote work ability, diversity commitment.
