Advanced Engineer (SAP IBP)

TL;DR

Advanced Engineer (SAP IBP): Implementing and integrating SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments with an accent on digital supply chain solutions and regional application support. What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for application support within the EMEA region.
• Troubleshoot and perform initial analysis on SIOP/SIOE applications, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain SLAs and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders.
• Support testing phases during releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to validate and implement solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of total SAP experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules, specifically Demand, Supply, and Inventory.
• Proficiency in integrating IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS.
• In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including forecasting and capacity planning.
• Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, and master data.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• SAP IBP Certification.
• Experience with SAP APO, SNP, or BW.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, or CPG domains.
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytics within IBP.
