What you will do

• Manage and classify incidents and service requests for assigned SAP modules (MM, FI, or SD).
• Perform initial triage to identify business impact and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 functional incidents.
• Coordinate with senior consultants and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure proper ticket resolution.
• Execute functional testing to validate fixes and support release cycles.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and service reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within the AMS model.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP functional support within an AMS model.
• Functional expertise in SAP MM, SAP FI, or SAP SD.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Spanish: Native or near-native proficiency required.
• Basic to intermediate technical English for documentation and ticket handling.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and experience with ticket management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Nice to have

• ITIL or SAP certification.
• Experience in dispatcher or control desk roles.
• Participation in AMS transitions or operational stabilization projects.
