Consultant SAP Sales & Service Consultant SAP Sales & Service (SAP S/4HANA/Salesforce): Leading SAP projects and designing integrated end-to-end solutions for Order-to-Cash and Service processes with an accent on SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, customizing, and complex integrations. Focus on developing scalable global templates, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and optimizing pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate IT and SAP projects across the group, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Analyze business processes and design integrated end-to-end solution architectures.
- Drive SAP customizing, configuration, implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous system optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements engineering, and cross-functional solution design sessions.
- Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes, including pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration.
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners while supporting reliability, issue resolution, and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project delivery.
- Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP module, such as SD or CS.
- Hands-on experience with SAP customizing, configuration, complex process integration, and end-to-end processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience taking architectural responsibility, leading functional workstreams or sub-projects, and guiding international cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent English required; willingness to travel up to 20%.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations.
- German language skills.
