Location: Remote (United States only; must be based on the West Coast to support travel requirements; currently not hiring in Hawaii)
Salary: $263.5K – $294.5K (includes base salary plus bonus; offers equity)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales, driving pipeline and closing complex deals with employers in the HR/benefits ecosystem.
- Evolve growth strategy, refine positioning, and build repeatable systems to accelerate enterprise partnerships.
- Influence executive stakeholders (CHRO, Head of Benefits, CFO) and navigate multi-threaded buying committees with long sales cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to remove blockers and scale successful motions.
- Operate as revenue leader and strategic operator, shaping go-to-market and ensuring company-level impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare/health tech sales with track record of closing complex enterprise deals with F500 employers
- Proven quota exceedance in enterprise roles, handling large multi-threaded deals and 8–16+ week cycles
- Deep experience influencing executives and building business cases across complex buying committees
- Strong cross-functional leadership in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence for external partners and internal leadership
- Must be based on the West Coast to support travel requirements
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth early-to-mid stage companies scaling GTM
- Partnering with health plans and navigating payer dynamics
- Background in marketplace/two-sided platforms
- Operational rigor with CRM/forecasting tools like Salesforce
- Mentoring or leading others
