What you will do

• Implement end-to-end business data submissions, defining formats and coordinating historical data collection.
• Analyze hotel P&L results and execute mapping of nominal codes to internal data fields.
• Resolve balance issues and ensure consistency across reporting periods in the benchmarking environment.
• Manage relationships with client data contacts as the primary technical point of contact.
• Audit data mappings against USALI guidelines, specifically regarding Allocated Departments and GOP reporting.
• Collaborate with systems and data analyst teams to deliver technical handovers and support BI tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data implementation, financial analysis, or hotel accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, specifically USALI.
• Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of database operations.
• Ability to confidently read and interrogate complex financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality technology or revenue management.
• Familiarity with hotel profit benchmarking or financial reporting platforms.
