What you will do

• Configure examination session data to meet operational, regulatory, and contractual deadlines.
• Monitor session activities to ensure the on-time delivery of results.
• Collate and analyze assessment-related data to provide insights.
• Provide operational and technical support to schools and examiners.
• Produce and edit assessment materials to provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and post-examination analysis.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and/or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to communicate complex, technical, and sensitive matters to stakeholders.
• Availability for occasional weekend working during the year.

Nice to have

• Ability to work in French or Spanish.
