What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end improvement initiatives from problem definition to measurable outcomes.
• Map and analyze end-to-end patient journeys to identify friction and process defects.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to diagnose issues and drive rapid, iterative improvements.
• Translate insights into clear process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on current and future state implementations.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing operational or customer journey improvements in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
• Ability to transition quickly from analysis to tangible action.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project delivery within structured or semi-structured environments.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to Winnersh occasionally.
