TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and balance sales territories to optimize capacity and revenue across multiple product lines and channels.
  • Own and maintain quota models to assess the impact of new initiatives on the company bottom line.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to bridge gaps.
  • Audit account and opportunity assignments to ensure compliance and 100% accuracy in monthly compensation calculations.
  • Analyze sales and partner data to uncover hidden opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Create compelling dashboards and reports to visualize complex performance metrics for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, etc.).
  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Unrestricted work authorization for the country of employment.
  • Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable business terms.

Nice to have

  • High proficiency in Salesforce administration or reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proven track record of managing territories and quotas in complex, multi-channel environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment, prospecting, and intent data tools.
