Salary: Base salary $85,000

What you will do

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
• Train surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
• Track and document surgeon progression through onboarding and competency milestones.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
• Conduct field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness.
• Manage CRM documentation and gather stakeholder feedback to support Marketing and R&D.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic).
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover cases independently within 60 days post-training.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity.
• Proficiency in OR training and procedural support.
• Strong administrative discipline with CRM and expense management.
