Salary: $144,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Drive financial planning, ensuring resource allocation aligns with budgets and strategic goals
• Evolve company-wide operating model linking inputs to growth and profitability for reliable forecasting
• Perform financial analysis on results and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting packages for exec team and Board
• Leverage tools for process automation as the company scales
• Support competitive intelligence, M&A, investor reporting, and board discussions

Requirements

• 8-10+ years strategic finance/FP&A experience at high-growth startups, ideally with 2+ years consulting/banking/investing
• Exceptional analytical skills to drill into details while maintaining strategic view
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in building financial models
• Excitement about AI and applying AI tools for insights and efficiency
• Curious self-starter with problem-solving skills and strong communication
• Passion for partnering across organization levels in high-growth environment
