What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Timekeeping, T&M, and field data capture.
• Lead migration of legacy or acquired capabilities into a unified SaaS platform.
• Translate workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Partner with engineering on requirement clarification, trade-offs, and delivery.
• Prioritize backlog balancing migration, customer value, and technical goals.
• Collaborate with design and platform teams for integration and consistent UX.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with complex SaaS or workflow products
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle management including discovery and delivery
• Strong collaboration with engineering in delivery environments
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and release planning
• Demonstrated platform migrations or legacy transformations
• Analytical skills and data-informed decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Familiarity with field operations, construction tech, or workforce management
• Experience with time tracking, T&M billing, or field data systems
