What you will do

• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high-impact payroll projects.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to support payroll operations in 80+ global markets.
• Collaborate with experts in compliance, sales, and product marketing to solve complex operational pain points.
• Use AI tools to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
• Define and track key KPIs to measure and advance team goals.
• Drive asynchronous workflows and maintain high transparency across a distributed global team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required to autonomously build and ship functional prototypes.
• Experience as a Senior Product Manager within a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions.
• Proven track record of launching products or features that leverage AI.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and expert stakeholder management skills.
