What you will do

• Own the product direction and strategy for merchant operations to remove manual toil and friction.
• Craft feature and scope definitions balancing customer, business, and implementation perspectives.
• Develop product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Drive the execution of the roadmap focused on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Define and report on product success metrics tied to merchant operational outcomes.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, ecommerce, or retail operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum product development life cycles and delivering high-quality software.
• Solid understanding of setting and improving product success metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to collaborate with squads across different time zones.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with multi-location retail operations, inventory, and order management.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (LLMs, agents) and shipping AI-powered features.
• A GitHub account demonstrating a builder's mindset.
