Salary: CAD 168,000 – 210,000 (base, excluding equity)

What you will do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product design team, including hiring and coaching.
• Define design vision, craft standards, and quality across all product surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, roadmap, and operating models.
• Own end-to-end design for enterprise workflows, mobile, and AI-driven features.
• Establish scalable design processes balancing speed, experimentation, and quality.
• Drive AI-native design practices and contribute to company strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, 7+ in leadership managing/scaling teams
• Strong portfolio in interaction design, visual design, UX research, end-to-end product thinking
• Experience designing enterprise/SaaS products with professional workflows
• Strategic mindset linking design to business outcomes and vision
• Perspective on AI in product design with relevant experience
• Success partnering with Product/Engineering leaders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
