Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON) — requires working three days a week at the office

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Lead the development of high-quality creative assets across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Integrate AI tools such as generative design and content automation into the creative workflow to increase scale and personalization.
  • Utilize performance data and audience insights to inform creative direction and optimize effectiveness.
  • Mentor and lead a team of designers and producers, managing intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to integrate creative early in the go-to-market process.
  • Develop and champion scalable design systems and asset management tools to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative services, design leadership, or creative operations.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in creative workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex business and product concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Must be based in Toronto, ON and able to work from the office three days a week.
