What you will do

• Lead the design strategy for high-impact product areas with a primary emphasis on AI-driven user experiences.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows and automate manual tasks for users.
• Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Build sophisticated functional prototypes that push the boundaries of current product capabilities.
• Mentor the broader design team through critiques and best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering to align design vision with the long-term roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits (401k, US health insurance).
• 10+ years of experience in product design or a related field, specifically leading complex SaaS products at scale.
• Proven ability to leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to enhance workflows and outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, and Principle.
• Strong system-thinking skills and the ability to design for a macro ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
