What you will do

• Manage and respond to HR inquiries via ServiceNow, email, and Slack using AI workflows.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve HR service cases with timely documentation.
• Process employee data in Workday for transitions, new hires, and org changes, meeting SLAs.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks including paperwork, I-9 verification, and file organization.
• Respond to requests on policies, benefits, verifications, and audits, escalating complex cases.
• Maintain employee files and participate in team training on HR tools and practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Twin Cities metro (Minneapolis, MN area)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Pursuing HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
