What you will do

  • Design and optimize People Systems suite, including Workday, in partnership with engineering.
  • Scale lifecycle operations through efficient automations and technology improvements.
  • Manage and develop a team of People systems and operations professionals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to plan secure system integrations and workflows.
  • Scope roadmaps, lead change adoption programs, evaluate service delivery, and iterate workflows.
  • Assess and implement new tools and platforms for growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in People Operations and Systems, 5+ years in Workday administration (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking)
  • Track record managing and developing People teams
  • Deep knowledge of Workday and other systems (Google Workspace, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Glean)
  • Strategic roadmap planning with tactical execution on configurations and integrations
  • Proven management of complex cross-functional projects in high-growth environments
  • Technical support skills, training, and knowledge center building
  • Strong communication for collaboration across organization
