Human Resources Generalist

Location: Tempe, AZ - all candidates must be able to commute into this location weekly

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Monitor and manage HR inbox, provide responses to inquiries, and escalate complex issues
• Handle basic employee relations, conduct simple investigations, and support performance improvement plans
• Process employee changes in ADP, assist with leave of absence and accommodations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring and lead new hire orientation for Tempe employees
• Coordinate employee events, recognition, and conduct exit interviews

Requirements

• 1-2 years in HR, administrative support, customer service, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-service mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
