Program Manager (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud security initiatives from concept through release.
• Lead quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to align engineering, product, and business priorities globally.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams to manage dependencies.
• Define program roadmaps, establish success metrics, and develop execution strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide transparent KPI reporting to senior leadership.
• Champion Agile best practices and optimize scalable processes for distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, specifically within cloud security or SaaS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security principles, and the SDLC.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must have the legal right to work in Poland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across different time zones.
