What you will do

• Lead as a horizontal PMO partner to align Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) initiatives and priorities.
• Spearhead ambiguous, high-difficulty initiatives by breaking them into structured outcomes and crafting effective technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between EPD, Delivery, and GTM teams to manage contractual deliverables and technical milestones.
• Optimize cross-functional processes and foster feedback loops between EPD, Legal, BizOps, and Partnerships.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into operational Public Sector solutions even when requirements are undefined.

Requirements

• Current US Citizenship (Required).
• Must be based within the continental United States.
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to align technical roadmaps and manage dependencies.
• Experience in security and compliance, specifically delivering solutions within classified, isolated, and air-gapped environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of security practices in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to operate effectively and maintain high-quality output within high-tempo, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Current or past Security Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Experience with microservice design and Kubernetes-based container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, Linear, and JIRA for backlog refinement and roadmapping.
• Background in Software, Security, or System Engineering.
