What you will do

• Rapidly build working demos and prototypes in TypeScript and Python to validate ideas and proposals.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure, and observable enterprise-grade platforms for Fortune 500 clients.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems including RAG, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning.
• Lead technical discussions and working sessions with stakeholders, from engineers to executive sponsors.
• Integrate modern AI productivity tools like Claude Code and Cursor into the development workflow.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to translate abstract problems into tangible products.

Requirements

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills for managing stakeholders and explaining technical tradeoffs to executives.
• Proven experience shipping production-grade systems (auth, multi-tenancy, security, reliability).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python, including full-stack experience with Next.js and Node.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
• 0→1 product mindset with the ability to scope MVPs and iterate quickly.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of the problem definition, architecture, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles at AI-first companies.
• Background bridging software engineering and product management.
• Experience presenting to or co-selling with enterprise stakeholders.
• Open-source contributions or technical writing in the AI/ML domain.
