What you will do

• Own end-to-end enterprise deployments: lead technical discovery, architecture, and production rollout for complex strategic accounts.
• Build on hirify.global API and LiveAvatar: ship real-time agents, WebRTC integrations, SDK wrappers, and webhook setups inside client apps.
• Run hard escalations: act as senior technical owner for production issues and coordinate fixes.
• Close product feedback loop: translate requirements into structured input and productize reusable patterns.
• Be trusted technical voice: explain model behavior and trade-offs to executives and engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or similar builder role.
• Comfortable shipping production code in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI in production, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of API design, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to both engineering and VP-level audiences.
• High agency under ambiguity.

Nice to have

• WebRTC, real-time media, or low-latency streaming experience.
• Experience as FDE, solutions, or post-sales engineer at AI/SaaS company.
• Technical founder or early engineer at a startup.
