Salary: $255,000 - $315,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Design and prototype integrations between partner products and the hirify.global platform.
• Define reference architectures for partner integrations to ensure scalability in production.
• Build production-quality PoCs including agentic pipelines, RAG, and multi-model orchestration.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to scope and progress technical integrations.
• Translate external integration findings into actionable requirements for internal platform teams.
• Represent the company at hackathons, open-source communities, and technical events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience in AI application development, ML systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, inference runtimes, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Strong Python programming skills for rapid prototyping of end-to-end AI systems.
• Experience defining reference architectures and technical patterns for API integrations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with inference optimization (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, quantization).
• Familiarity with NVIDIA's software stack (CUDA, TensorRT, NeMo).
• Experience with multimodal AI models or previous wins at major AI hackathons.
• Background as a developer advocate or early engineer at a YC-backed AI startup.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
