Location: Remote within Austria (office in Wieselburg available for hardware-related tasks)

Salary: from €3,950 gross/month

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a scalable GTM strategy for multiple European markets.
  • Translate company strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
  • Own brand building, content strategy, and demand generation across the full funnel.
  • Align Marketing and Sales processes to ensure high-quality lead flow and conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small internal and external Marketing & Sales team.
  • Utilize data- and AI-driven methodologies to optimize decision quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Several years of marketing leadership experience in a digital, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • Proven track record in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
  • Expertise in brand building, performance marketing, SEO, and organic growth.
  • Fluent English and good German skills.
  • Must be based in Austria.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
