Fully remote within Austria (office in Wieselburg for hardware-related tasks)

€3,950 gross/month (full-time minimum; overpayment based on qualifications)

What you will do

• Develop scalable marketing and go-to-market strategies for European markets
• Position, launch, and scale strategic product offerings
• Own brand building, content strategy, demand generation, and full-funnel optimization
• Plan and execute localized campaigns with clear product value communication
• Align marketing and sales processes for high-quality lead handover
• Leverage data and AI for continuous improvement, budget management, and reporting
• Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing & sales team and manage external partners

Requirements

• Several years in marketing leadership in digital/SaaS/scale-up environments
• Expertise in brand building, performance marketing, demand generation
• Experience in content, PR, SEO, social media, organic growth
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset, data-driven decision-making
• Fluent English and good German skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent

• Experience providing operational guidance to sales team members
